I am excited to share the newest addition to the "Perfect Patterns" series!
"First Perfect Patterns" is a collection of pattern-based, elementary solos (some with teacher duets) that are designed to help beginning students sound fabulous as they learn the basics of note reading and navigating the piano keyboard. Each piece has the potential to be taught by rote, reading, or a combination of the two.
As an added bonus, the book also includes warm-up exercises that introduce students to technical patterns such as five-finger scales, broken chords, harmonic intervals, and more! Each piece also includes a "pattern prep" activity that encourages students to analyze the music and spot patterns in the score.
